I was responsible to contact customers updating personal data informations respecting compliance rules (KYC). In the meantime I was also responsible of daily correspondence. I provided feedback and coaching to customer service agents. Thanks to this job I learned how to prioritise tasks, how to work under strict deadlines and I worked in very close contact with AML specialist for some PEPs customers. As part of a great team, I was always ready to help my colleagues and receive it if needed. Our manager was so proud of us and recognised the entire team for our precision and velocity.

My day at Hewlett Packard was built around solving and assisting customers with their escalations. This would involve various teams to work with and required my time management skills for the coordination of working with everyone to have the customer issues resolved.

The hardest part of the job was having to tell customers that they were not entitled to certain products, but this was part of my job and it had to be done.

The most enjoyable part of the job were the people at HPE. It was a pleasure to go to work everyday.

There are many different roles at HPE, but as a consultant most of your time will be spent with different customer working on one of the different lines of product that HPE provides such as Networking, Storage, Servers or Virtualization.

The teams welcome other members, you even get a buddy when you start at HPE to guide you during the first months, and you can always ask questions, the people is happy to help whenever they can.

HPE is on a journey of transformation as it spins off parts of the business over the past 2 years and continues to acquire new companies to extend capabilities. This is creating turmoil and uncertainty within the organization at present as the company churns staff and skill sets into a new flatter organisation. 

The people are great, the vision/direction is shifting but morale is low due to staff cuts and constant restructures

As a data analyst, the job is demanding in terms of getting data from field and processing data to be useful for higher management.  I am always in direct contact with the field teams to clarify data and check accuracy of data they submit and give recommendations to fix problems.

good work life balance and over all company technology strategy. some of the key products have an excellent road map but company needs to focus on its service strategies as it is still perceived as a tin focussed organisation in the industry.

Moral at an all-time low, lower management do what they can but upper management just seems to be looting before the ship goes down. Working in a team where no one is engaged is very tedious and makes the easiest of tasks difficult.

Credit role involved many creditors within the Melbourne Region. Working within a small credit team base and a supervisor. Duties wete varied and included training and benefits. Excellent work ethics.

Generally great place to work, the people always make a difference, supportive and inclusive working environment.
